The bad thing about using the CR1000a units as Acess Points is that you need to use a LAN port for the uplink. And the CR1000a only has one 10GbE LAN port. The other two LAN ports are only 2.5GbE. I wish the CR1000a was like a typical router. And had an Access Point option in the settings. That way I could use the 10GbE WAN port for the uplink. From its look, the difference between the Asus RT-AX82U and the Netgear XR1000 is almost like that between the former and the Asus RT-AX86U. Not much, that is.
