Ariel Maid Fitness started in 2016 during Ariel's college career at UNC Greensboro. April of 2019, Ariel Maid Fitness opened their first training facility. What started as a college student training in local gyms and parks to becoming a 23 year old black gym owner in her hometown Raeford, North Carolina is a dream come true.
